Background: Jeff, Ethan's younger brother, felt a strong connection to Sparky from the very beginning. It was only after Sparky was abducted that Jeff remembered an instance from his youth when he picked up the home phone to make a call and heard a thickly-accented bark on the other end of the line. Jeff was a natural addition to Team Sparky and was soley responsible for building the custom mobile headquarters that the team calls home. Jeff takes great personal care with the van and rarely lets the other team members drive it for fear that they won't be able to "control it's raw power."
