In 1999, Ethan and Jeff Parker, along with neighbor Christina Matthews, last spent time with their beloved family dog, known to all simply as "Sparky." Through circumstances that are still unclear, a one-handed level-4 canine terrorist, codename "The Clip," abducted Sparky and escaped without a trace. Since that day, these three friends formed a crack-commando search team devoted to finding and rescuing their pooch.
